Crazed Without Your Morning Coffee?

*Sigh* I realize this video clip – while seemingly misogynistic, is humor. Of course it is. Still, it gives me cause to express a few things that came to mind while watching this somewhat-funny video clip.

You see, out of the few females to whom I am related (e.g., my foster mothers, sisters, nieces and cousins) and out all of the females whom I either lived with, dated, had for fuck-buddies or the one to whom I was once married, none were morning coffee drinkers – at least they weren’t around me. That worked well for me because I am not a coffee drinker and very much abhor the odor of scented brown water cooking in the morning. Thus, I’ve never met any female (or any male, for that matter) who acted like the woman in the video; persons who for years I’ve been calling “crazy mandatory morning coffee drinking muthafuckas”. Now, as far as the early menstrual cycle days of those females so mentioned is concerned, I think this video holds a great deal of humorous truth. *chuckles*

BTW: I don’t hate people who drink coffee. However, many of them who “simply need” or who “have to have” their morning coffee each day “just to get their day started”, tend to get on my goddamn nerves with their “I gotta have my morning coffee or my day… along with that of everyone else, will be fucked if I don’t!” childish rants, behavior and attitude. Yes, I said it; and I’m not apologizing if anyone reading this article happens to take offense. Consider that I have probably held my attitude against those “crazy mandatory morning coffee drinking muthafuckas” a lot longer than some of those [who have chosen to take offense] have been drinking it! I certainly am not going to change it now.

May: National Masturbation Month

May is Masturbation Month (Robz edit)
Yes, May is National Masturbation Month. Not that those of us who already shamelessly masturbate regularly need a special month but it’s nice to know that since 1995, the month of May has been set aside nationally – and perhaps worldwide, to remind and encourage everyone to participate in this very natural, very healthy form of safe and pleasurable sex.
Get into it!

Prince – Transition Controversy

Prince Controversy (re)
As expected, the GoFundMe requests from people to raise money to travel to Prince’s funeral and the “Illuminati” conspiracy theories surrounding the who and the why of his death have already begun. Actually, they began shortly after news of his death saturated social media networks yesterday. The man’s dead body hasn’t been cold a good 48 hours and already people are acting the fool. I’m not surprised. These happenings are simply part of or are in line with the kind of thing I talked about in my previous (and seemingly unpopular) posted article written yesterday regarding the Court of Public Speculation.

Until official toxicology reports are complete and a final cause of death is made to the public, I suppose we can expect about two, perhaps three to four more weeks of what I’m calling “speculation winter” surrounding the death of Prince Rogers Nelson. It’s déjà vu; we’ve been here before with Michael Jackson. Remember?

If you are, as they say, “feeling some kind of way(Ugh; I’ve always hated that silly-ass phrase) and wish to send money to help someone go to Prince’s funeral – an event which, as of this post, has not yet been determined, I advise that you beware as to whom and where you send your (or someone else’s) money. As for the growing conspiracy theories about how Prince died and who or what caused his death, here’s my position:
Unless you have solid evidence to support your claims or that which “you heard” via Rumor Control, I would ask that you please save us your sloppy and amateurish detective work. And please stop referring to the so-called “Illuminati” as though you know who or what that is all about. Instead of thinking and conducting research of facts, some people read too damn much of the wrong thing and listen much too closely to the wrong people. Geez.

The Passing of Prince and the Court of Public Speculation

For most of the day various news media outlets along with social media networks have been putting out slightly different versions of how Prince died and/or what caused his death. Prince- the hits -(just face)Some of the reports from those sources may have some truth but we can’t know for sure, at least not this soon (or as I write this article). There are reports saying Prince had been ill with the flu for several days. Some reports gave reference to a time when Prince admitted to having suffered with bouts of depression, while others are saying that because he is a Jehovah’s Witness, his religious beliefs kept him from getting or accepting medical treatment when it was needed. I saw one post today from someone who thinks Prince may have had a bout of depression that was so serious that he contemplated committing suicide. The person based his assumption on a news story that told of Prince inviting a bunch of people to his house recently. The person said that party was for Prince to say “farewell”, for unbeknownst to his houseguests, he had already planned on checking out from this life.
*sigh* I can’t with people on social media and their ignorant and still-unproven assumptions. Will everyone just shut the fuck up already?

CHECK IT: I think we should not speculate on what we heard, may have heard, are currently hearing, reading, have been told by someone or what we might assume happen (based on the word of someone else), concerning how Prince passed…that is, until a final and official coroner’s report is released and made public. That finding often takes a day or two, sometimes longer. As of this post, no final report has been issued regarding how Prince died. I don’t care what the news media is reporting. I recall similar speculations made and so-called “factual reports” issued years ago when Michael Jackson died. We all learned later what really happened to Michael, didn’t we?

Prince-concert-1I suggest we give it a few days or so and see what the official report is on how Prince died and what, if anything, caused his death. Until then, we need to take everything we read and/or hear this soon after his death with a grain of caution. Everyone – including Prince’s family, close friends and staff are most likely still in a state of shock. I know I am… and I never knew the man on any personal level! We must consider that there are people with certain self-interests who are eager and willing to publish or announce anything to the public simply to get attention and/or perhaps become “the source” of information…information which could be very wrong.

As I do concerning many things read or seen on television, the radio and most especially on the Internet and in social media networks like Facebook and Twitter, I warn against blindly accepting certain news, tabloid reports, rumors and hearsay, and against passing along that which has not yet been shown or proven as fact.

Racist, Bigoted Comments Are Not Allowed!

RobFather-XWell! After two years of blogging, I just received my first heavily RACIST comment on this blog, Keepin’ It…REAL! It was a very nasty one, too! I suppose it was time that happened. Considering what I do, perhaps I should expect more hate speech to come my way. Anyway, I’ll take that person’s comment to mean that I am doing something right on this blog by writing about some of the things few others are reluctant or would not dare talk about! That’s a clear sign that I should…keep goingKudos to me!

Don’t bother going to look for the comment, reader; it’s not here. Each of my blogs are my domain of absolute personal self-expression. I simply do not subscribe to nor will I ever agree with the asinine thinking or concept some people have that if one is going to blog then that blogger has to accept and/or allow any comment or remark given by persons who reads that blog. RobFather-X does not have to accept shit! As such, I do not and will not ever allow negative or racist comments or epithets to be posted on any blog of mine. I will always either delete such comments or if necessary, report them to the blogging service.

* SPECIAL NOTE TO THE PERSON WHO POSTED THE RACIST COMMENT *
(and to those who may be considering attacking me in that manner):

1. GROW THE FUCK UP! No one forces anyone to come to this blog or to read a word of it. If you don’t like what you read, don’t comment; just MOVE THE FUCK ON! The web is an infinite place. Surely there are PLENTY of blogs and websites that fit your liking and represent your particular racist thinking and ideas. In other words, don’t go to someone else’s house to shit if you don’t like that house, those people or what they have to say or what they represent. Just stay the fuck away. It’s really that simple and easy!

2. You should know that I have reported the racist comment to my blogging service, WordPress. Shame on you for choosing someone’s blog – which as I implied earlier, is a place where people go to exercise their American Constitutional First Amendment right to express themselves and whatever is on their mind. We bloggers don’t give a fuck if anyone agrees or disagrees with our thoughts and opinions. By their very nature, blogs are not – or rather should not be, a source or forum for debate. That’s usually the primary reason for why most of us blog! (At least it’s the reason for why I blog!)

3. Save the debate and argument shit for social media outlets like Facebook or Twitter – both which are places where one can (and should) peacefully and respectfully participate in a debate or discussion with other people. However, while I love such debates/discussions, one will never find me – RobFather-X, instigating or in the mix of any senseless or disparaging argument. I simply do not argue with anyone on social media and I sure as hell will never argue with anyone on my blogs! At least on many social media outlets, users can immediately block and report faceless, unknown, cowardly racists and bigots. I’m not yet sure if I can block people like you on WordPress but you can bet I’m looking into it and will take whatever action necessary to make sure racist or bigoted comments are not posted on this blog and that your name and computer IP address is reported to the WordPress blogging service. I will do this every time such comments and epithets are found in my comment box.

Finally…go away asshole and stay the fuck off my blog!

Keepin’ It…REAL!
